A family tradition
Our family grew up in the UK lumber industry. Passionate about the personality, life and atmosphere that wood flooring brings to the home, we’ve loved working with this natural material for more than two decades, from our very first small factory all the way up to the nine manufacturing facilities that we have around the globe today. The species, grades and finishes behind the beauty of wood flooring have become part of our everyday and we continue to enjoy working with these details in all of our flooring ventures. Our understanding and experience of timber shows in the stunning characteristics of every floorboard that we create.
Sustainability
We care about the environment and do as much as we can to bring you wood floors that have been manufactured with this in mind. All of our wood has either Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) or Programme for the Endorsement of Forests (PEFC) certifications. These are two of the world’s most established and respected organisations for forest management, enforcing a similar set of values. Their goal is our goal: to ensure that forests can meet the needs of the present generation without compromising those of the future. By making it our responsibility to source our timber with care, we can be confident that we’re bringing you a beautiful and ethically sourced wood floor to enjoy in your home.

The attention to detail that we pay to the creation of every floor ensures that we have this confidence. Our careful selection of trees before they’re felled and the ways in which we saw, stack and dry our timber all counts towards guaranteeing that our finished results will bring you delight for many years to come.
