An exceptional landmark development introducing a collection of new build and exquisitely refurbished and architecturally unique homes set within landscaped grounds.

On the site once occupied by Redland High Girls School, Juniper are breathing new life into Redland Court. The historic element of the development includes the historic Grade 2* listed Redland Court along with the original Old School Hall and Library. Many of the original period details have been meticulously retained and restored. Alongside these historic buildings a total of 44 apartments, duplex and town houses are planned to be built, each providing a luxurious standard of urban living.

Why?

The brief to Naomi Pound, interior designer of Kersfield Developments Ltd was to develop the main campus site at Redland High School into a selection of residential properties, ranging from one-bedroom apartments to four and five-bedroom family houses.

The challenge was to convert the school buildings and sympathetically renovate the Grade II listed Redland Court, plus restoring the mature landscaped gardens.
