Yes, Brecon flooring is waterproof and suitable for installation in bathrooms and kitchens.
No, Lynton is not fully waterproof, but it is water-resistant.
Our Stratex floors have built-in underlay, therefore you should not add additional underlay underneath as it can cause too much pressure on the joints. If you need something underneath your Stratex floor then hardboard works as an alternative solution.

Where temperatures remain between 15°C and 25°C, Brecon flooring should be fine without expansion gaps. However, please check the room conditions thoroughly first.
Stratex floors can be cleaned using our cleaning kit for lacquered floors.

We have a range of cleaning products available that have all been specially developed for our Woodpecker floors. If your floor is oiled, please view our cleaning kit for oiled floors. If your floor is lacquered (including our Stratex floors) please view our cleaning kit for lacquered floors. Additionally, you can find all of our cleaning and maintenance products on our website and we also have a short video with our top tips on how to care for your floor. Alternatively, we recommend using a well-wrung mop to clean your floor.
