We have talented fitters who are extremely professional and sensitive to the needs of the customer. We can also provide you with samples to view in the comfort of your own home.

Our team of Woodpecker-trained sales personnel are based in all our showrooms – Matt in Penarth, Dave & Pete in Caerphilly and Nick in our Cardiff Store. We are happy to visit your home free of charge to offer advice and guidance and provide a detailed quotation. We can also offer advice on laying over underfloor heating to help you take precautions before, during and after installation.

Our fitter Ray has extensive experience in laying flooring. Ray will undertake a site visit before installation to ensure that all necessary checks are carried out and to confirm laying directions. We are happy to help!
