We have a live chat feature on our website that allows users to contact a member of our team instantly. We use a widget called ‘Olark’ to do this, and some personal information is required to start a chat with us. This information is then put on our Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Salesforce.
We use a Facebook Pixel and Google Ads Tracking Code across our website (both UK and US sites) to send useful information back to Facebook and Google about how our website users are interacting with the sites. We may then use that information to target and display more relevant content in the form of paid advertising to users who have previously interacted with our website, or to those who may be similar to that audience. No personal data is contained or collected in the Pixel or tracking code, nor do we sell or share this information to any other businesses, it is only used to provide a more fulfilling, relevant and seamless experience of Woodpecker Flooring online.
